Spicy Pork Ribs


INGREDIENTS
2 Lb Pork Ribs
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Cup of Honey


COOKING
350 Degrees
50-60 minutes

To prepare your Pork
Take off silver skin on the bottom park of rib

Trim off any excess fat if there is any

In a bowl mix 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary

1 Teaspoon of Salt
Mix very well and set aside

Take pork rib as bone side up drizzle 1/4 cup of the honey
Using your hand massage it into the meat

Drop half of your mixture

And sub in very well making sure to cover all open surfaces

Put in aluminum lined cooking sheet and
repeat with 1/4 cup of honey

And dry rub


Drizzle some extra honey over the rub to avoid it from drying out

Keep an eye on it as the honey may dry up if this happens
add 1/4 cup of water to re-constitue the dry honey

After 50 - 60 minutes take cooking sheet out and let rest for 10 minutes

Slice and serve by themselves or with a sauce

Baked Chicken Wings


INGREDIENTS

10 Whole Chicken Wings
1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Rep Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper


COOKING
400 degrees
40-45 minutes
Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees
Place your cooking sheet lined with aluminum
Take your wings and break them down (L)
Find the Joints and use your knife to cut thru (M)
Separate them into 3 Pieces (R)
In a Zip-Lock bag put in the cup of Flour

1 Teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper

Shake the mixture

Place the wings inside the bag and Shake

After 15 minutes of your cooking sheet being in the oven
USING OVEN MITTS
Take the sheet off and drop some oil on the bottom
Place the wings in the sheet

Drizzle the rest of the Olive Oil
and place in the oven middle rack for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes

Turn the winglets over
and keep in the oven for another 20 minutes

 
When it is done take them out or prepare any Dipping sauce for them
I personally like them as is

Venison Meatballs



INGREDIENTS

1 Lb Pork Loin
2 Lbs Chopped Venison Meat
1 Cup of Plain Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Milk
2 Teaspoon of Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper

PREPPING/COOKING

Take the Pork Loin

Chop Loin into smaller pieces

Separate the loin and Pulse in food processor
Until the Loin becomes Chopped
Place Venison Meat in bowl
Drop chopped loin in bowl

Add 2 eggs
Add cup of Plain Bread Crumbs

Add Milk

Add Garlic, Salt, Black and Crushed Red Peppers

Mix by hand until a Ball is formed

Line cooking sheet with aluminum and spray with non stick cooking spray

Using any type of scoop(In this case I use a ice cream scooper)
You use a scoop so all the balls will be the same size and take the same
time to cook

Pack all balls close together until all mixture is used

PLace cooking sheet in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes
Turn and cook for another 10 minutes

Using tongs drop all the meatballs into a sauce of your liking

Keep on low for about 10 minutes
Then serve

You can eat them by themselves
Or place them over pasta (like above)
or even put on bread with mozarella cheese for Meatball Parm
