Nutella Hot Cocoa and Nutella Filled Pionono

INGREDIENTS

PIONONO
5 Eggs
5 Teaspoons of Sugar
5 Teaspoons of All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

PIONONO FILLING
4 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
4 Tablespoons of Nutella

HOT COCOA
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons of Nutella

COOKING
325 degrees for 8 minutes

5 Ingredients
Pre-heat your oven to 325
In a bowl mix 5 Tablespoons of sugar
5 Tablespoons of Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of honey
5 Eggs
Whisk together
To a yellow consistency
On your baking sheet make sure to spray the cooking spray heavy all over this will help it not to stick
Don't forget to get the sides also
Drop mixture closest to the middle as possible
Once all the mixture is in your cooking sheet
Pick it up and shake to cover the whole sheet
DO NOT STIR
Place in middle rack of your oven and set your timer for 8 minutes
Keep and eye on it after 8 minutes as you do not want it to bet a dark brown
you want to keep most of it golden brown
To check if it done look at the bottom of the sheet once again golden brown
We can roll up the sheet now but it is easier when the sheet is cooled down
Take a piece of aluminum foil and spray it down with cooking spray
Drop the sheet in the aluminum
Roll up long side
close and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes
In a bowl mix 4 tablespoons of Nutella and 4 tablespoons of Cream Cheese
Spread the mixture on the sheet
And roll up
Your nutella pionono is done
time to make the Nutella Hot Cocoa
On a small sauce pot place 1 cup of milk on med-low
Add 2 tablespoons of nutella and stir constantly
Once most of the nutella has integrated into the milk
Whisk until you get it to the warmth you enjoy
Slice up the pionono and serve as is

or dip them in the hot cocoa to coat them

Either way Try it and ENJOY

Crepes/Cherry Reduction/Nutella & Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Crepes
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Milk
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of Chocolate Powder (optional)

Cherry Reduction
2 Cups of Cherries (Pitted)
2 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Sugar

Nutella & Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Nutella
2 Tablespoons of Whipped Cream Cheese

CREPES
<><><>
One cup of flour
One cup of Milk

One Egg
Whisk everything together until it is all liquid
Turn your stove top to medium-lo heat
If you do this too hot you will just burn them all
Spray your frying pan with non-stick spray
Use a scoop so all your crepes are the same thickness
(This one is two tablespoons)
Drop the liquid into the frying pan
By picking up the pan and circling the liquid it will cover the bottom
and thus make the discs

Once the middle starts to change to a yellowish color
Flip and put on plate for cooling
If you enjoy chocolate just add a tablespoon of chocolate powder to your liquid
Prepare the same way as the plain

Once all you have prepared all your batter put to the side and make the filling

CHERRY REDUCTION

Take the cherries and pit them

When the water boils drop in the cherries and sugar and stir

when mixture comes to a boil lower the temperature to medium

Stirring occasionally until the liquid reduces by half
Once the mixture has reduced place in shallow bowl and place in the refrigerator
to cool so you can handle right away

Also once it has cooled you may place in a glass container
with a lid and keep in the refrigerator to use at any time
NUTELLA & CREAM CHEESE

Very easy take 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese

And two same amount of nutella

And MIX

PLATING YOUR CREATIONS

Using a butter knife spread some of the nutella mix

Fold in half and than fold in half again to get a quarter.

Place some of the cherries on top and drizzle some of the sauce on the side.

Mix and match as you like

Anyway Try it and ENJOY IT
