Crepes/Cherry Reduction/Nutella & Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Crepes
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Milk
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of Chocolate Powder (optional)

Cherry Reduction
2 Cups of Cherries (Pitted)
2 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Sugar

Nutella & Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Nutella
2 Tablespoons of Whipped Cream Cheese

CREPES
<><><>
One cup of flour
One cup of Milk

One Egg
Whisk everything together until it is all liquid
Turn your stove top to medium-lo heat
If you do this too hot you will just burn them all
Spray your frying pan with non-stick spray
Use a scoop so all your crepes are the same thickness
(This one is two tablespoons)
Drop the liquid into the frying pan
By picking up the pan and circling the liquid it will cover the bottom
and thus make the discs

Once the middle starts to change to a yellowish color
Flip and put on plate for cooling
If you enjoy chocolate just add a tablespoon of chocolate powder to your liquid
Prepare the same way as the plain

Once all you have prepared all your batter put to the side and make the filling

CHERRY REDUCTION

Take the cherries and pit them

When the water boils drop in the cherries and sugar and stir

when mixture comes to a boil lower the temperature to medium

Stirring occasionally until the liquid reduces by half
Once the mixture has reduced place in shallow bowl and place in the refrigerator
to cool so you can handle right away

Also once it has cooled you may place in a glass container
with a lid and keep in the refrigerator to use at any time
NUTELLA & CREAM CHEESE

Very easy take 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese

And two same amount of nutella

And MIX

PLATING YOUR CREATIONS

Using a butter knife spread some of the nutella mix

Fold in half and than fold in half again to get a quarter.

Place some of the cherries on top and drizzle some of the sauce on the side.

Mix and match as you like

Anyway Try it and ENJOY IT
