INGREDIENTS
2 Lb Pork Ribs
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Cup of Honey
COOKING
350 Degrees
50-60 minutes
To prepare your Pork Take off silver skin on the bottom park of rib |
Trim off any excess fat if there is any |
In a bowl mix 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes |
1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika |
1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper |
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder |
1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary |
1 Teaspoon of Salt Mix very well and set aside |
Take pork rib as bone side up drizzle 1/4 cup of the honey Using your hand massage it into the meat |
Drop half of your mixture |
And sub in very well making sure to cover all open surfaces |
Put in aluminum lined cooking sheet and repeat with 1/4 cup of honey |
And dry rub |
Drizzle some extra honey over the rub to avoid it from drying out |
Keep an eye on it as the honey may dry up if this happens add 1/4 cup of water to re-constitue the dry honey |
After 50 - 60 minutes take cooking sheet out and let rest for 10 minutes |
Slice and serve by themselves or with a sauce |
