INGREDIENTS
1 Packet of Yeast
3/4 Cup pf Warm Water
3 Cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
PREPPING
a trick I like to use it to take a glass container and put in microwave for 20 seconds (this will make the container warm and make the yeast have the effect faster) |
In a container mix the 3/4 cup of Warm Water |
And the Packet of Yeast |
Once mix let rest |
Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes |
In mixing bowl ADD 2 CUPS OF FLOUR |
Teaspoon of Salt |
Teaspoon of Sugar |
Teaspoon of Olive Oil |
And water/Yeast Mixture |
Once all in the bowl |
Mix |
Add remaining Flour |
Until dough is together (Add more flour if need be) Take dough out and kneed for 2 minutes |
Take a tablespoon of Flour and coat the bottom of a bowl (This will help the dough not to stick to the bowl) |
Place dough and let rest for at least 15 minutes (until twice the size) From there you can make pizza,Calzones,Zepoles,Garlic knots Etc. |
