INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken Breast
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Cup of Mozzarella Balls
1 Teaspoon of Milk
COOKING
1 Chicken breast will yield enough for two chicken salad sandwiches and two chicken mozzarella sandwiches |
Place you hand over the breast and lice horizontally about a 1/4 in even smaller if could be |
Salt and Pepper the top of the chicken |
Take medium pan coat the bottom with olive oil |
Place your chicken season side down on high heat |
Salt and Pepper the other side now Once side start to turn white |
Reduce heat to medium and turn the chicken over keep on heat for about 10 to 12 minutes |
On a Small sauce pot on low heat melt the mozzarella Fresh Mozzarella balls will work better than the mozzarella block because you need that liquid to help it no stick to the bottom of the pot |
Add a teaspoon of Milk (it will help for the cheese not to stick or burn) and a Teaspoon of Black Pepper |
Using a Spoon Kneed the cheese into a ball |
Slice your bread and place on the pan on High heat |
Until the bread toast |
Use the toasted bread with the melted mozzarella (L) or with the salad(R) |
