INGREDIENTS
10 Whole Chicken Wings
1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Rep Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
COOKING
400 degrees
40-45 minutes
Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees Place your cooking sheet lined with aluminum |
Take your wings and break them down (L) Find the Joints and use your knife to cut thru (M) Separate them into 3 Pieces (R) |
In a Zip-Lock bag put in the cup of Flour |
1 Teaspoon of Salt |
1 teaspoon Black Pepper |
1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder |
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper |
Shake the mixture |
Place the wings inside the bag and Shake |
After 15 minutes of your cooking sheet being in the oven USING OVEN MITTS Take the sheet off and drop some oil on the bottom Place the wings in the sheet |
Drizzle the rest of the Olive Oil and place in the oven middle rack for 20 minutes |
After 20 minutes |
Turn the winglets over and keep in the oven for another 20 minutes |
When it is done take them out or prepare any Dipping sauce for them I personally like them as is |
